Kelly Larson, LMFT-Associate

Kelly is a compassionate and trauma-informed therapist dedicated to supporting individuals, children, families, and couples on their healing and personal growth journey. With a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Utah and a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Abilene Christian University, Kelly integrates evidence-based practices with a warm, empathetic approach to therapy.

Specializing in the treatment of depression, anxiety, grief, and trauma, Kelly works with a variety of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults. She is certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), allowing her to offer specialized support to clients recovering from trauma, including victims of crime and abuse.

For her youngest clients, Kelly incorporates Play Therapy, a developmentally appropriate approach that helps children explore and express emotions through their natural language of play. This approach supports emotional growth and resilience in a safe and comfortable environment.

Kelly practices from a systemic perspective, recognizing the importance of understanding how family, relationships, and larger systems influence a person’s experiences, behaviors, and well-being. She views therapy as a collaborative process and works closely with clients to help them achieve their goals and navigate life’s challenges. Kelly is supervised by Dr. Rachel Falbo, LPC-S, LMFT-S.
